Start: So you are interested in getting your van signed. Phone, email or call into our Dublin branch and discuss your needs with a member of our team. Tell us what you want and we will send you a price.

Middle: So you like the price and want to go ahead. We will then create a visual mock ups for you to proof and pass.

End: We will print and plot your vehicle signage. We will then arrange a time to install. We know you are busy that is why we can install the signs at any loction of your choice. This means we can install you van signs while you work on location resulting in no down time* Installation can take anything from 3 hours to a full day. (*Dublin only)

Our pricing is based on the size of your van. We class vans as small and large. Examples of a small van include Caddy, Partner, Combo, Berlingo etc. Examples of a large van include Boxer, Vivaro, Transit, Sprinter etc.

Does signwriting affect insurance?

No, vehicle signage and signwriting does not affect your insurace.

Why should I sign write my van?

If you use a van and actively want more business, van signage is a great advertising tool. You will be noticed in your locality and it add legitimacy to your business as you will not be mistaken as a ‘fly by night’ business.

How much does it cost to sign a van?

This depends of the size of your van or car and wether you want it signed or wrapped. Call our sales office on Glasnevin Avenue in Dublin to discuss your needs.

How long does it take to sign write a van?

It can take anywhere between 3 to 8 hours to add signage to your van.

Can I sign my van myself?

Yes, you can certainly try and there are a lot of great online videos to show you how to do it. But if we were to give you one word of advise, don’t. It is so easy to make a mistake and to incorrectly apply a decal or vinyl in such a way that it ruins the graphic. In our experience, those who choose to do their vn signage themselves, end up with bubble, kinks, tears and creases. All our installers have years if not decades of experience and training in vehicle signage and it’s not as simple as it looks.

My van has signs on it already. Can you take them off and put new signage on it?

Yes, we can unsign your van and remove all the old signage using solvents and glue removers that will bring it back to the bare vehicle. Please note though that the sun can discolour the unsigned parts of your van resulting in the areas that were signed looking slightly different to the unsigned parts. We can consult with you on this prior to starting your van signage and we can come up with a cleaver design that will mask any disparieties.

Do I need to do anything to my van before it gets signed?

All we ask is that you wash it on the morning that it is due to be signed. We take care of the rest.

I’m very busy and I need my van most days. Can you come to me on site?

Yes, we can. We can arrange a day and time where we will come to you anywhere in Dublin.

Top Tips

Registration
Registration means that your front backs up correctly with the back of your printed job. In order to ensure your order holds registration, be sure to include cut and crop marks in your artwork.
Vectors and Rasters
Raster files are like photos. Vector files are like logos. Vectors can scale up without loosing any resolution. If using vector graphics, be sure to outline and expand all vectors before saving.

Top Tips

Proof Reading
The best tip we can give you is to proof read thoroughly. Check, check and then check again. If you have access to a printer, we suggest printing out your design so you can proof read from a hard copy.
Font
Ensure all fonts are embedded into your document for accurate printing. Also, check your preview carefully to ensure all text is visible and accurate.
