Pull up or pop up simply means that the printed message is pulled up or popped up from a roller metal enclosure which you can display for a set period of time and when you are finished, simple rolled it away and store safely till its next use.

Typically, the turnaround time is 3 to 5 days however we can turn around quick is feasible and required.

Once we have a brief and a direction, we will then ask that you email us any pics or logos or brand guidelines if available. We will then design a proof which you will check and pass or make changes to. Once satisfied with your roller banner design, we will then send to print and will contact you when ready for collection. Or we will post to you, whatever you prefer.

How do you assemble a roll up banner?
Assembling a roll up banner takes 2 minutes.
1 – Remove the roller banner from the case.
Unzip the case and slide the apparatus out of the case.
2 – Open out the feet to create a firm base
Pivot or twist the feet out from the base for they are at ninety degrees and allow the unit to stand freely
3 – Connect the large pole together
Take out the pole and interconnect the sections to make one long pole.
4 – Insert the pole into the groove/slot at the base of the unit
There is a hole at the back of the roller banner. This is where you insert the pole. Ensure that the black catch is at the top of the pole – this is what catches the roller banner.
5 – Pull up the banner and catch the banner onto the top of the pole
Stand on the feet or the base unit and life up the banner. When it reaches the top of the pole, firmly place it onto the plastic catch.
Your pop up banner is now free standing. If the banner starts to lean forward, the likelihood is that the pole may was not inserted properly. If you find that the pop up banner is falling over, the feet may not be opened fully.
When breaking down your roller banner, ensure that you firmly hold the printed graphic at the top. Slightly lift up and allow the spring-loaded system to slowly retract the graphic back into the roller base.

Registration means that your front backs up correctly with the back of your printed job. In order to ensure your order holds registration, be sure to include cut and crop marks in your artwork.
Raster files are like photos. Vector files are like logos. Vectors can scale up without loosing any resolution. If using vector graphics, be sure to outline and expand all vectors before saving.
Top Tips
The best tip we can give you is to proof read thoroughly. Check, check and then check again. If you have access to a printer, we suggest printing out your design so you can proof read from a hard copy.
Ensure all fonts are embedded into your document for accurate printing. Also, check your preview carefully to ensure all text is visible and accurate.
