The Card Layout

Our most popular folded four page memorial card is designed with a picture of your loved one, their name and address (if you so wish), date of death, age (optional) and a short verse. The opposing page and the back page contain fitting verses chosen by you that are appropriate to the life of your loved one.

The Process

Choose a design from our library (or our printed samples) that best reflects your loved one.

Fill out our online form with their details.

Upload a picture of the deceased.

Before we print your memorial card, a proof of your design will be emailed to you to make sure that all the information is correct and that you are fully happy with the design and layout. If not, we will make as many changes as is necessary until you are fully happy to proceed.

If you would rather deal with use directly, we are available to discuss your needs over the phone or in our branch at 275 Glasnevin Avenue, Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

Looking for something more personalised? No problem.

We offer a full design service allowing you to achieve a truly unique and bespoke memorial card for your loved one.

In the past, we have designed cards using images that are of a personal nature and hold special sentiment. Images such as paintings created by the deceased, photos of a cherished location such as a specific beach, street or walkway, or garden that they held dear. We have also reproduced memorial cards using the wording of a poem, song or stanza that the deceased composed or liked during their life. Whatever you are looking for, whatever your demands, we are on hand to assist. Call us on (01) 858 1000 to discuss your ideas.

Our Folded 4 page memorial Cards are 75mm (2.8″) wide by 115mm (4.5″) high when folded. All of our folded cards are gloss laminated front and back, and printed on a heavy 350gm board and come with free matching envelopes.

Top Tips

Registration
Registration means that your front backs up correctly with the back of your printed job. In order to ensure your order holds registration, be sure to include cut and crop marks in your artwork.
Vectors and Rasters
Raster files are like photos. Vector files are like logos. Vectors can scale up without loosing any resolution. If using vector graphics, be sure to outline and expand all vectors before saving.

Top Tips

Proof Reading
The best tip we can give you is to proof read thoroughly. Check, check and then check again. If you have access to a printer, we suggest printing out your design so you can proof read from a hard copy.
Font
Ensure all fonts are embedded into your document for accurate printing. Also, check your preview carefully to ensure all text is visible and accurate.
