The A5 gives the most space and suits weddings with detailed logistics, multiple venues, international guests, accommodation options, and a full day timeline. The DL suits a clean vertical layout with key details. The A6 works well for a single focused piece of information such as directions only.

Three flat sizes are available: A6 (105x148mm), DL (99x210mm), and A5 (148x210mm). All are printed full colour on both sides and supplied with envelopes.

It is a separate printed card sent with a wedding invitation covering practical logistics such as venue addresses, directions, parking, accommodation, dress code, day timeline, and any other details that do not fit on the main invitation. It keeps the invitation clean while ensuring guests have all the information they need.

Printed stationery cannot be corrected after production. Proofread all addresses, postcodes, phone numbers, hotel names, and directions carefully before submitting. A wrong address or incorrect turn instruction on a directions card can cause real problems on the wedding day. It is worth having someone else read through the final artwork before it goes to print.

Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed on all sides at the correct finished size. Keep all text and design elements at least 4mm inside the trim line. Any photographic or illustrative elements should be at a minimum of 300dpi.

Information cards are typically finalised at the same time as invitations and sent together, usually six to twelve weeks before the wedding. Allow at least one to two weeks from artwork submission for production and delivery, plus time to address and post.

Yes. Many couples use a DL or A6 information card as an insert with an A5 invitation. The smaller card sits neatly inside the same envelope. Confirm the envelope size with PrintReady.ie if posting multiple items together to ensure everything fits.

Yes, but scale carefully. Map detail that reads clearly on screen can become very small at A6 or DL finished size. If including a map, keep it simple. A schematic showing key roads and the venue rather than a detailed street map will read more clearly at small sizes.
