More about Life-Size Cardboard Cutouts Printing
Life-size cardboard cutouts are a simple way to add personality and humour to parties, events, and promotional displays. Printed from a full-body photograph and cut to shape, they stand upright and quickly become a focal point in any setting.
PrintReady.ie produces high-quality cutouts printed directly onto durable corriboard and supplied ready to use.
Perfect for Parties, Events and Promotions
Life-size cutouts are widely used where a strong visual prop adds impact.
They are popular for:
- Hen parties and stag nights
- Milestone birthdays and celebrations
- Sports supporter events
- Weddings and anniversaries
- Exhibition stands and retail displays
- School productions and themed events
They are designed to stand out and create memorable moments in both private and public settings.
Ready to Stand and Easy to Use
Each cutout is printed, cut to shape, and fitted with a metal support strut on the back. To use, simply unfold the strut and place the cutout on a flat surface. It stands upright without the need for tools or assembly.
The lightweight construction also makes it easy to move and reposition throughout an event.
Durable Corriboard Construction
Cutouts are produced on 5mm corriboard, a rigid twin-wall plastic material commonly used for signage. This provides strength and durability while remaining lightweight. It helps the cutout hold its shape and remain stable during use. Cutouts are best suited for indoor use and should be kept out of strong wind or wet outdoor conditions.
Three Size Options
Three standard size formats are available:
- Adult size – 6ft x 2ft
- Couple format – 6ft x 4ft
- Child or mini size – 4ft x 2ft
Each cutout is custom shaped to match the outline of the subject, creating a realistic life-size effect.

What our customers say
Google reviews from Print Ready customers.
Thanks to the guys at Print Ready in Dublin for printing my life size cardboard cutout. It went down a storm and got lots of laughs. Definitely recommend them.
Print ready provided a life size cutout of my wife and I as we were unable to attend my sisters wedding due to the birth of our first child. The quality was perfect and the reaction from the attendee’s at the wedding was priceless. We received numerous messages/pics of various guests posing with the cutout/dancing with it on the dance floor. Delivery was extremely quick and the customer service from Gary was outstanding. I fully recommend print ready to anyone considering them.
From the moment I got in touch with Print Ready, the team were so personable, friendly and responsive. The quality of the cardboard cut out was A1 and the service was 5 star throughout. I would definitely use their services again. Thanks so much again to the team.?
